Selling a Glendale mobile home (1998 doublewide) that needs to be moved from the current location. The home is being sold AS-IS, and does need some cosmetic repairs… paint and carpet. The bones of the mobile home are still in good condition. The roof was redone a couple years ago, water heater and AC works well. The fridge and gas range are included in the sale.
